Location convenient for station with direct access to airport and easy access to Messe. Room adequate if lacking in character and charm. Excellent facilities and also nice touches such as fruit and coffee to go at reception. Breakfast buffet extremely comprehensive and stunning value at €8-.
Room somewhat bland even by chain hotel standards. Not much in surrounding area, but good public transport access to centre (about 10 minutes.) Apfelwein Klein 16 Bettinastrasse was a good place to eat and drink.

Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig. Ich habe schon früher in diesem Hotel gewohnt als es noch als Novotel geführt wurde. Durch den Wechsel zu Best Western hat das Hotel gewonnen. Das Personal ist sehr viel freundlicher. In die Einrichtung wurde einiges investiert.
Was sehr negativ ist, sind die Preissprünge wenn in Frankfurt und Umgebung eine Messe stattfindet. Nach meiner Einschätzung ist das Hotel auch bei vielen Messen nicht vollständig ausgebucht. Dennoch werden sehr viel höhere Preise verlangt. Diese stehen dann in keiner Relation zum Gebotenen. Dies ist ein grundsätzliches Problem für die Hotels im Raum Frankfurt.
