There was a gentleman at the reception who was very kind and attentive.

I was just about to write a letter to complain to the manager about my stay at this hotel when I received your email. There was a lady at the reception who was extremelly rude. Her name is Mrs. Caruso. I asked her for some coffee and tea the day I arrived and she said very dismissively that my room didn't include tea and coffee and threw some bags on the counter advising me if I wanted tea or coffee "I had to ask' in a very rude tone. The next day I was woken up by the cleaners that knocked at my door at 8:30am. After, they were chatting loudly in the corridor right at my door for quite sometime. Of course, I was unable to sleep in that morning after having a late night. Very unpleasant.

The breakfast was included although my reservation showed it was not (however the breakfast is worth of it, even if you have to pay for it extra). The staff was friendly and helpful(there were some troubles with my credit card and the hotel called me to clarify them and to confirm reservation). It may not appear at first sight, but the hotel has quite convenient position (lines 8 and 1 to the city center - around 25 minutes)

There is very nice street near to hotel.

The rooms are old and need some repair. Our room have the one very small window only.
