Hotel Imperial Novum Frankfurt Messe am Palmengarten

I found a huge spider in my clothes, that was really discusting. Although there is a sign that says hang your towels if you do not want them changed (Eco friendly) they changed my towels every single day! When I was doing the check-out instead of giving me the check, the receptionist just told me the price, I payed only to notice that I was being charged for two days of breakfast which I did not had. The problem was solved cancelling the first payment.

It is an old Hotel. room was clean but old. It would help to paint it and make it lighter.
