"Despite guaranteed booking with credit card Arrival time there was no room available. Instead, they offered me a room at a partner hotel 45 km away to. Not a word of apology. No upfront e-mail or the phone. Both contact possibilities were available. This is not acceptable. So I would recommend this hotel to guests who rely on their guaranteed reservation, not a friend."
