I have confirmed with the hotel for the 4 bed room in H.K. After arrived, the hotel raised the room price.They knew that we cannot find any room in Luzern and we have 2 kids because next day is Swiss National Day therefore we need to stay here with higher price. The staff shouted to us and not friendly at all. Insects found in beds. Very noisy outside the street at midnight.
Room is very small and hot.Insufficient food for breakfast. We have asked help from hotel.de, they tried the best but the hotel is so bad that still charge me double price.
