"Beautiful beautiful beautiful hotel. We truly enjoyed our time here! Florence was our favourite spot in Italy, and this hotel was a huge part of that. Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic breakfast, beautiful and spacious room (i had horror stories of teeny tiny rooms), anything and everything i could ask for they provided. They were so great. Even their internet was the most affordable (other than free wifi at some france hotels). great location, only 10 min from the main Duomo and downtown area. easy to get around, nothing but good things to say."
