Close to shopping centres like Europe Center and KaDeWe (Kaufhaus des Westens).
In front of the KaDeWe is also one of the bus stops for the city tour.
In case you do not want the expensive breakfast from the hotel there are plenty of bakers with breakfast tables in front of KaDeWe, which will charge you a lot less.
Parking costs 15.00 Euros per day (as a paying hotel guest).
Breakfast was also not included in the package deal and is another 13.50 Euro per person.
