this hotel is much more the likeness of a 2 star hotel the carpets were old and dusty the rooms were small and dingy and the bathroom was the size of a toilet, All the public toilets we used thru past 4 weeks were nicer than the hotel's They could not put our 5 rooms togther but split us up completely. I would not think of staying there again. Its a shame we never selcetd other choice and would have enjoyed much more our last day of holiday!!!

there was a little confusion about the pick up and which best western we were staying at but that was resolved quickly.

Clean, very friendly and helpful staff, good range of food for breakfast.

Advertised as 'near' to Munich airport and called the Munich airport hotel, however I do not consider a 30euro taxi ride to be 'near'. No spoons with the tea/coffee facilities.

I found the room to be large, comfortable and very pleasant. The layout is efficient, giving me room to reorganize my luggage, to work, and to watch the news.

There was no coffee or tea with the kettle, only 6 packets of decaf coffee, and creamer and sugar. I suspect this was an oversight. I did not inquire at the desk, as I carry a few packets of coffee and some tea bags anyway for just such a case.

As my valuation, my room was eventually as so. However, I was moved because original room was above beer garden, and very noisy. Staff excellent, though, and could not do more to help.

The room was very warm and while a fan was supplied, the hotel is in desperate need of air conditioning. Situated on a small industrial estate. Not very attractive.

Long way from the airport. Booked seating on shuttle. But shuttle over ful and people left behind. Really rubbishly small towels. No bar menu only expensive restaurant (although you can eat at the bar).
