Easily reached from Fiumicino 'Leonardo da Vinci' and Ciampino airports. Our hotel is located near Rome's Ostia beach resort area and it is ideal for business and leisure staying. Only 16 kilometers from the Rome Trade Fair Center and close to Ostia Antica Archeological Excavations. We offer 79 guest rooms equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, ADSL Internet connection, mini-bars, and safes. We have a breakfast dining room, a bar, Internet point and a lounge. Free parking and garage are available. 10% national VAT included. Local city fee is up to 3.00eur per night, per adult over 10 years old. ·From: The north. Florence on the Grande Raccordo Anulare. Stay in outside lane and take the Exit Number 27 following 'Ostia Casal Palocco' that will lead you to the Cristoforo Colombo. On the Cristoforo Colombo you will be on the right side lane but after about one kilometer you will be required to change lanes and take the central one. Go straight on until the second street light, opposite 'Via di Acilia' where you can finally take the right lane again. Staying on the right lane you will then reach a third street light, on both sides you will see two Esso gas stations. Turn left crossing the Cristoforo Colombo and take 'Via ErmannoWolff Ferrari'.
