I'm not able to comment on the sports facility or the food but the staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The gentleman at the front desk was happy to book me a taxi which was great. I was also greeted with a smile upon arrival and departure which is such a simple gesture and much appreciated. It made me feel welcome. It was a very pleasant experience and I would stay here again.

The staff hotel is very competent, helpfull and friendly with the users. The location of the hotel is ideal for tourism because is near to transportation and also to the city center.

More electricity points in the room. Safety box for example for personal computers.

- good value - very close to Petite France - staff speak good English and were helpful

- car parking was 16 Euro / day (only find out when checking out) - when you arrive, you have to go inside and get the key before you can go into the car park (and there is nowhere to stop while you do this) - breakfast is also ~13.50 Euro pp (only find out when checking out) - Found it very difficult to find the hotel by car. Clear directions would be helpful. - Room was noisy at night
