Very friendly staff. Good location, attractions are in walking distance. Parking lots available.

The entrance door to the second building needs some pushing to open.

excellen location, 2 minutes from ubahn. 2 supermarkets are a 5 min walk. stuff is great. rooms are nice.

breakfast is expensive - 15 euro per person. we bught food in super market - 6 euro for 2 persons

The gentleman behind the reception was extremely helpful, all information that he gave was very accurate.

tea/coffee facilities should be in the room automatically reported a light that was not working but never fixed

Modern, immaculate decor and friendly, efficient staff who spoke great English. Fabulous shower and comfortable beds, very good value for money. Location perfect for exploring the main sites and underground station links are terrific.

The only slight negative was that there were only news-based English speaking channels on the television but as we were there to explore Berlin, not a problem.
