Have stayed here several times. It is close to the airport and offers free shuttle. Hotel is in a nice area for walking. Edo restaurant is also very good.
 
The hotel rooms are very quiet at night but early morning the airline noise begins. (It is near the airport, after all.)

Staff very helpful and friendly. Not speaking the language was never an issue.
 
Desk area did not have enough outlets. Had to unplug the TV to get power for the computer.

This was our second stay at the hotel.We came out of our way to stay as a rersult of the superb Japanese restaurant ,the equipmewnt in the rooms and the wonderful smiling employees without exception.We will be returning again.This small hotel is one of the best in the world and we are world travelers who have stayed in the best and some of the worst.You are 5 star in any ones book.

The staff is both friendly and helpful. There is a striking welcoming atmosphere.
 
Not a reflection on the hotel per se but we stayed just above the front entrance and every time the airport shuttle arrived we were disturbed by the noise and people talking loudly.
