I arrived just as dinner service was finishing but staff offered to serve me a complete meal if I wanted it - as it happened I was tired and had a light snack but the offer was there.

Cambridge is notoriously short of good hotels. I have stayed in most of them and this is by far the best I have found. I will go back there next time. Hotel is very environmentally conscious, with recycling bins provided by the lift - good idea!

They should ot have rented out this room as the whole day there were terrible noises from the makeover of the neighbouring room. I will file a complaint to the Best western organisation when I've returned home.
