Nice hotel on a quiet street. Rooms are average size and very nice. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for two nights with my husband. We have stayed here 3 times before but they have renovated and the room was very good. The staff helpful and friendly and the free use of the wifi/internet was very helpful. My only other comment is that the breakfast room could do with aircomditions or some fans as it was too warm.

the rooms typically french - tiny, however, clean.
stayed 3 nights, one morning no hot water. later rectified and had been offered to take a shower in another room but hugely disappointed. (we were 2 parties, the other room had the same issue).
One of the receptionists obviously didn't like tourists, very rude. to a degree we felt like telling her NOT to work in her profession if she clearly disliked tourists (or maybe just non-french). Average breakfasts.

What an excellent hotel value in a perfect area on the right bank. The staff was excellent, the room is, as often is true in Paris, small, but very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you don't have to have an expensive American style room. Great Value
The only negative I could conjure up is that you have to carry your bags to the 1st floor (European counting) before you have an elevator. Of consequence only if you have a problem carrying bags up a flight of stairs.

The staff was friendly....
However, they were not able to accomidate minimal requests. Internet was spotty, and unreliable. Room & bathroom combinded was smalled then my bathroom at home., and I was in a premium suite. You listen to people coming in and out of their rooms at all hours, and no sound proofing, breakfast was a joke. Sit on the bed and work at the desk. Try to be in the room with more then one person, not happening. Cleaning even if you put out the sign for early cleaning at 7am, room never cleaned prior to 3pm!!! Would recommend NEVER to stay at this hotel. Unless you are on a very tight budget

Very central hotel - could walk to all main sites but very near Metro as well. In a nice quiet street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Bedroom was quite small but adequate as we only slept in it. Paris is too nice to stay in your room!
The booking said 'American style breakfast' but there was no cooked food. Don't know what that meant!

We stayed here once before. Staff are very friendly and speak fluent English and French.
Breakfast was better the last time I stayed here than during this visit. Less choices available.
