Tidy,clean accomodation for my firststay in London. Very handy to Victoria station.Despite being double booked, the staff were helpful to find me alternative room.

The hotel is clean, conveniently located between Victoria and Pimlico tube stations and for the category of hotel a good choice. The rooms and bathrooms are tiny but for a London tourism trip, just fine.

Had a room facing the back, very quiet, nice-looking furniture, clean, good value for money and good location.

The receptionist on day of arrival very friendly and helpful, asked him for a wake-up call. Unfortunately, there was no wake-up call the next morning and when I was leaving the hotel the receptionist (another one) was chatting away on the phone.

rooms are very small. There is no view on the outside. The morning of the second day there was no water at all: I would have expected a fee reduction or a bonus for the next stay.
