The hotel/room were clean and staff very pleasant. Located very close to the Malpensa airport with shuttle service provided. Did nt have an opportunity to check-out the work-out facility. The hotel restaurant had a limited menu but adequate. The facility was okay for my overnight stay. Would not want to stay there longer without transportation.

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere and unless you have a car, there is no place to walk/investigate. The "single" room was just that - single bed... No businessman/woman over 5'2 would be comfortable.

Close to airport. Bathroom large clean and well equipped. Selection of teas were welcome.Breakfast was good.

Difficult hotel to find.Not enough sign posts to indicate where to turn off. VERY poor lighting in room.No lights at all near children's beds so they were unable to read. No rates for international calls listed in information booklet and when I phoned Reception and asked 'How much to make an international phone call to Australia?" I was told "It is Free" but I was charged on the bill the following morning and when I asked the receptionist that morning he said that the receptionist on duty the night before probably did not understand me.I strongly don't believe this was the case. Our Paris accomodation had free internet and free international calls to Australia so I assumed the information I was given was correct and I made the call in good faith on the information i was given. This incorrect information was very frustrating as I could have used my mobile. I was also given incorrect information about fuel stations on the way to airport so was unable to fill up the hire car as the fuel station was on the other side of the highway with no way of getting across. I was assured by a receptionist that there was a station "on the way" again more unnecessary expense for us as we asked the night before when we checked in for the nearest fuel station. We could have taken the time to refill then. So the incorrect information given by your receptionist resulted in additional expense for us.This was a big Negative for your hotel and spoiled our stay and left a bad feeling for us on the last day of our European vacation after four weeks of excellent service everywhere else. This was such a shame.

The restaurant was outstanding. We had a memorable dinner there.

A little difficult to find when approaching the airport. It would be good for the hotel to send driving instructions with the confirmation.

Although we had paid for breakfast we could not have it as we had to leave the hotel at 6 am and breakfast did not start until 7am. It was a very impersonal hotel.
