Although hotel was pretty busy the service was excellent and we did not feel rushed at breakfast or dinner. Dinners were exceptionally good - an unexpected fine dining experience.

Did not use the sports/wellness as we were only there for two nights.

All staff very friendly and helpful.

Bed very squeaky ( and I was the only one in it) and noises at ther back of the hotel very loud and very early.

New big room and big, comfortable beds

Cleaning the room can be done a bit more often. Dirty sheet was not replaced.

very impressed with staff, perfect balance between welcome and efficient service. Not pretencious or over bearing - a real treat compared to other hotels. Food in restaurant a real gourmet experience - we will certainly visit again, We have previously discounted this hotel as it is a best western and other hotels in this chain are dated and unexceptional, this one bucks the trend.

asked for low floor but not given, room well away from reception. Don't understand access to gym - via lift only unless you walk around the outside of the hotel. We broke tyhe rules and I used the staff staircase and my husband let me in - sorry!!! not really a negative but don 't want everyone to book hotel so no availability for us next time!!!!!!!!
