The continental breakfast was great. It was served as a breakfast buffet and in addition you could order a portion of porridge which was super. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. The hotel was conveniently close to Earl's Court tube station.

The window wasn't tight enough so there was cold air flowing in which may disturb some people. Also, the door of the room dind't block noises well enough. The WiFi didn't work at all during our stay and the staff couldn't get it fixed despite their efforts.

Excellent location and well run.

Breakfast staff not friendly nor organised, bar staff need to learn to know their drinks. The taxi service the hotel use would be difficult for anyone with disabilities also early morning taxi we ordered had no idea of area.
