 I enjoyed staying in the hotel. good location and close access to town and transport. Excelent and friendly staff, clean and nice rooms. I always stay in the hotel, whenever I am in Geneva.

 Price on line booking is fair. At the desk is rather too expensive. |

| Dining room was too small for the number of guests and breakfast was totally inadequate; very limited buffet selection and no cold meat or eggs since food ran out two hours before service was due to end.
The restaurant staff was curt and unhelpful.
The reception area has only 5 chairs and it too is inadequate.
No airconditioning or ventilation was available in the bedroom despite the temperature being in the upper 80's.
I would not recommend this hotel in the summer. |

| The hotel receptionists were very hospitable. Free Wi-Fi in the hotel. You are also offered a travel pass for free during your stay, which allows transportation with local buses as well as train to the airport. |

great location and when windows shut very quiet

| daytime staff have a lot to learn about face to face customer service and rooms require a proper air conditoner if window is shut as room is stifling when window shut and it needs to be shut at night due to light and noise |

Attractive, comfortable, very clean and priced right.

| It happens that the days I was there were very hot and humid. The staff kinldy provided a floor fan that helped but I suppose having air conditioning is out of the question? The carpeting on the hall of my floor was either stained or not vacuumed. This was not nice to look at in the mornings. |
