Good location, from there you can reach quickly all interesting places and you are not in a boring touristic environment; for Paris this hotel is ok, I can recommend it.

Very helpful staff. Great location. Within walking distance from Gare de Est. Basic accommodations with little frill but very good for its price. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a good, affordable,safe, clean hotel.
Not air conditioned but it was very comfortable when I stayed there.

I needed a hotel near Gare du Nord on short notice, and I was very happy with what I got. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the internet worked well, there was a desk and a chair. As a business traveller, that's all I really needed. The breakfast is not lavish, but pretty standard.

The service & attitude of the staff is superb. They are extremely friendly & helpful.
There's insufficient amenities in the bathroom. It would be good if items like shower gel or shampoo are provided. There's too little varieties for breakfast. It would be better if the menu changes every 3 days.

I booked this hotel online, not expecting much after seeing the website but was very pleasantly surprised. The management at the desk were quite friendly and very helpful. The hotel is situated on the Canal St Martin near the Belleville district in Paris, which had a great diversity of restaurants and a lively nightlife. The famed Hotel du Nord is directly across the canal. It is also situated very conveniently to Le Gare d'Est and the Metro. There is a shared bicycle station right outside the door of the hotel. The room was clean and cozy (but not too small) with a spacious bath. I think it's a good value. I would return without hesitation.
