The hotel has a covered arrival area, a large hall for relaxing moments, 6 floors consisting of 106 modern and comfortable rooms with wooden floors that reflect the high anti-allergenic standards of the hotel.

Every room opens with an electronic access card. The entire hotel area is equipped with air-conditioned that can be adjusted in every room.

We offer a shuttle service to and from the train station of San Donà di Piave, which connects to Venice in only 15 minutes.

In the Base to Stay there are standard double or single rooms, but also triple, quadruple, family rooms and suites.

In the external garden there are some lounge spaces where it is possible to taste the excellent specialities of our restaurant or maybe you can peacefully have a drink.
