This modern hotel is located in Seville along the Guadalquivir River. It has 295 rooms renovated in 2011. The hotel offers its guests an exceptional facilities including a restaurant serving breakfast buffet and show cooking, restaurant a la carte, a cafe serving light meals, TV room and free internet, outdoor pool (open season), fitness lounge and own a business centre. Also have a safe and currency exchange. Further services include room service and laundry. The hotel has a garage although car parking can be easily found outside the hotel.

All rooms are spacious and bright. They have two large beds and feature a variety of services and amenities such as mini bar, flat screen satellite TV, safe (at no extra charge), free Wi-Fi, laundry service and 24 hour room service, bathroom with bath, hair- dryer and magnifying mirror. "Main advantage for us was the 5 min walking distance to the Isla Magica amusement park. Very good and clean room with a lot of space. No noise and cleaning staff were flexible with the schedule for the room cleaning. Both hotel and room interior has very modern but cozy design. Most staff was quite friendly, which compensated the initial impression left by the cold and unfriendly lobby receptionist."
