Babuino 127 Rooms is a GUEST HOUSE located on the third floor of an antique Roman building, on one of the most beautiful streets of the historical center of Rome, famous for its upscale shopping and the proximity of many monuments of interest, world-class museums, and fascinating and timeless roman public squares (piazze)

We offer 3 spacious rooms, which enjoy great luminosity and are delightfully furnished. They all have a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, heating, LCD television, IPod / Iphone Dock, Radio Alarm clock, 24/7 wireless internet access and a small fridge. They are also equipped with natural aromatherapy and ionization systems.

We offer daily room cleaning (from 10 am to 12 pm), and bed linens are changed every 3 days, or according to your needs. We are pleased to offer you peace of mind by giving you a set of keys to access the building and your room anytime you want, day and night, obviously with full respect of other guests' and building residents' tranquillity. We kindly advise you that it is strictly forbidden to smoke in hotels in Italy, hence we must respect this regulation. All our rooms and common areas are non-smoking.

Check-in:It is highly recommended to advise of your arrival time at the moment of reservation. Rooms are available starting from 12:00 am. Max check in time is 10:00 pm. Late check in available with 25 EUR extra charge.

Check-out:  before 10:00 am. However it is allowed to leave luggages and belongings in our building if you need to leave Rome only in the afternoon or in the evening. If possible, late check out (untill 6:00 pm) available for 50% daily room rate.

Payment:  upon check-in.
