they don'y supply the inernet service, even though paid interternet service except rounge. and too small room compared than other hotel as same price.

Nice room, overall higher category than expected based on discounted price on this web.

Parking costs an additional 19 Euro which you don't know until you arrive! Free parking in the vicinity is possible if you're lucky or willing to walk 10 minutes... Also Internet is ridiculously expensive, except in the lobby.

The housekeeping staff was very prompt and efficient.

1) a room of the type reserved wasn't available upon check-in. 2) lack of iron and ironing board in the room. Forced to use the hotel's ironing service for pressed clothes (which cost me more money).
