Every thing is excellent from staffs to all services.Good location ( in the central of Hanoi Old Quarter, easy reaching from hotel to attractive point, such as: Hoan Kiem lake, Ngoc son temple, Dong Xuan market, Temple of literature, Fine art museum, shopping streets, etc....I highly recommend you this hotel.I will come back there for sure.

Staff were very helpful, they arrange the man went to airport pick up us. They always smile and run out to help us and sent to us the best information about the location, Tours and bus tickets are good value for money from the tour desk. Halong bay was perfect, no need to book tours with anyone else (They guarantee for the tours and make everything right way). Rooms were clean, large and comfortable. Thanks for everything.

The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Comfortable, good-sized bed. Bathroom was nice, clean, and updated with new tile everywhere. Glass-enclosed shower - very good warm water. Staff were all very friendly and helpful with all outside arrangements - no pushy "selling" at all. When we return to Hanoi, we will stay at the Hanoi Astoria Hotel again. Location in Old Quarter is very convenient to many shops, attractions (water puppet show), Hoan Kiem lake...

The location is perfect for getting around, and they are extremely helpful at giving advice on what to do and arranging tours to get involved with. The staff I met there were very great. The prices are very reasonable, I love Hanoi and would definitely reccomend this as a great place to stay for anyone visiting Vietnam and ofcourse Hanoi Astoria hotel will be your first choice- It really gives you the opportunity to make the most of your experience and meet like-minded people.

Good price and high quality. Hotel was very clean compared to others we stayed in Asia. The location was very convenience, just some block we could breach the lake of Hoan Kiem. We booked the tour through the hotel for the trip 2 days 1 night on Junk Boat in Halong Bay. How amazing the trip was, car, boat, hotel and tour guide were great. Definitely recommend those who like comfort and friendly atmosphere... Breakfast, tea, internet for free ( GOOD). All in all the Hanoi Astoria made us an happy holiday and we would like to turn back there next time
