 Great and safe location and the Internet deal was a great price. The bathrobe and slippers are a nice touch. On my last morning a fuse blew and all my lights went out. The concierge was there in barely 3 minutes to fix the problem.

 The only negative: In spite of advising them of my early arrival, a room was not ready for me. The hotel was clearly not full and certainly they could have put me in a room early but chose not to. |

Very conveniently located hotel, just a few minutes walk from Gloucester rd Underground station. Good value for money. Very clean rooms

| My room had a view on a blind wall.
The reception is small and looks a bit Spartan. Same as for the breakfast room. If the hotel is full with guest and you want to have breakfast around 8, you better arrive on time ! |

The room was wonderful, the room service fast, it felt lovely and clean and very quiet.

I felt extremely welcom when I came to the hotel. The hotel staff were also very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the location very good. I have no complaints what so ever !
