We provide bright and spacious rooms. Each room is appointed with works of art of the Franconian artist Holger M. Haspel and modern amenities such as cordless direct dial telephone and cable TV. All rooms and public areas feature WLAN internet access free of charge. Extra-large beds and barrier-free rooms are also available. Many good restaurants, bars, the large shopping mall Breite Gasse and even Nuremberg’s largest disco complex WON are about 1 km away from the hotel. The hotel provides car parks, underground car parks and car parks for motorbikes. Cyclists may profit from a lockable cellar for their bicycles. The metro station Plärrer is only 300 m from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and very helpfull. It was clean and warm. The breakfast was good quality with plenty of choice. The ArtHotel had a nice and relaxing "feel" about it.

Only one negative and it wasn't a bad one anyway: There were no hot drink facilities in our room although there was constant free use of the coffee/drinks machine so ,to be fair, it wasn't that much of a problem/issue anyway.

The staff were excellent. Rooms bright and pleasantly designed.

Parking was a building site 300 meters from hotel, not secure and I was worried about car theft., no restaurant, just buffet breakfast.

Friendly reception from management; helpful with information.

No airconditioning or means of cooling the room although staff did locate a pedestal fan when requested.

Very helpful staff who speak good English. Pleasant surroundings away from the bustle of the old town but only 5 mins walk away. Also convenient for airport and railway station.

Very nice rooms

The blanket was not warm enough for winter time. Teh morning staff spoke only little German.

The rooms are very modern, nice art work.

We woke every morning when breakfast was being prepared at 6am. A fire door between the rooms and kitchen/breakfast area would be good. There were no catering facilities other than at breakfast. Tea and coffee in room or a vending machine for water would help.
