I like the modern look of the hotel
The rooms towards the main street are very noisy if the window is opened. If you want to sleep with the window open and have a room towards the street.... impossible.
I made a reservation several weeks ahead and asked for a room towards the river because of this reason. When I checked in, there were no rooms available on the side I requested (after I made the reservation several weeks before?!) and I was offered a room towards the river for a 10 Euro additional charge (same category room).
The sauna did not work during the entire stay.
The Radisson Blue in Cologne is the better choice in the comparable category.

modern, close to downtown, free internet, comfortable bed.
sink in the bedroom - not necessarily negative, but we had a baby with us, so we had to be really quit washing our hands, brushing our teeth. carpet was really dirty in our room, but also in the hallway.
