The staff were very friendly, the check in and out very fast. breakfast on Sunday available from 6 or 6:30 am (I think), which meant that I could have breakfast even though I had to catch a 9am flight.

none really. I was staying a very short night between midnight and 7 am on Sunday. There could be some noise from the street on other days, but it was no problem for me.

Hotel was very close to train station and shops and easy to find and access. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Hotel was undergoing renovationsWe but that did not seem to affect service. We were able to leave our luggage there until later in the day.

As Australians, we are not used to paying extra to have tea/coffee in our rooms so that was a surprise.

We were very pleasantly received and were very impressed with the homely atmosphere of this small hotel.Rooms were comfortable and provided us with all that was needed being able to rest after our journey.Closeness to the station and the old town was an added advantage as all was within walking distance.The continental breakfast was more than adequate and the service excellent

Loved our stay here. Desk staff and breakfast stadd were all very helpful and friendly. Appreciate the umbrella loaners. Like the nearnest to the Central tram station and local restaurants. Price was very good too. I've already recommended this to some people. Hope I can come back again.

None of significance, except outside street was a bit noisy after hours, tho I still slept pretty good!
