no hot water in mornings for shower - luke warm at best. Only opportunity to have hot water was in the evening or before 6 AM

The only positive thing is that the hotel "Arcarde" is not to far away, and even though it has only 3 stars it offers way better quality and service.

mold on the shower curtain, expensive internet (which can't be split over several days, even though there is a logout button, the time won't stop running), outdated TV, breakfast and accomodation on the bottom end of the 4 star scale, rather incompetent staff

hotel seems to get worse with each change of ownership but its the only gig in town so it gets our business, wifi never ever works for me or anyone else, the resturant now only does mircowaved evening meals to order, curtains dont close properly, the whole place gives the impression that the staff have just given up

very close to the main shopping area

walls like cardboard. we could clearly hear the neighbour speaking in his room. Als footsteps from above or in the hall could be heared and even "felt"

Very nice location, clean and quiet

In a non-smoking room the air system brought in the very unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. The last night of stay the air conditioner did not work.
