The Arcade Hotel offers accommodation according to a completely new concept. You will find rooms at reasonable prices, without having to miss comfort and exclusiveness. Our property was completely renovated at the end of 2008.
We provide modern and very silent rooms, with every comfort you could imagine. The 34 stylish and functional rooms are available in the categories single and double. An additional bed can be provided upon request.
You can buy small snacks and drinks such as pizza baguettes, chips, wine, sparkling wine and a lot more at the reception.
The hotel also provides Mediterranean ambiance, large terrace where a copious breakfast buffet is served, personal service, free Wi-Fi internet access, free parking by the building as well as superb setting and access to public transport. All these privileges make it an ideal starting point from which to explore Hamburg.

 Excellent service staff, they are able to communicate well in English which was a total surprise for me after having living in Germany for 3 months now.

It's relatively cheap. It's close to a bus stop that leads one directly into the city and the people working there were friendly.

| The room I was in was like a coffin. It was a little under 2 metres wide and about three metres long. The 'bathroom' is the entrance - you walk from the corridor directly into the bathroom and I have no idea how somebody bodily bigger than me could get into the shower, use the toilet or whatever. It was the smallest hotel room I have ever had. The cleaning was done ... whenever. I came back from the Fish Market on Sunday at 3pm and found that I could not get into my room because they had just started cleaning it. I could also hear every word said by the people next door - fortunately, they went to sleep quite early. I would pay a little more money and stay somewhere else the next time. |
