 Makes economic sense for a short stay up to 3 nights. Longer than that I would not recommend one of the small/cheap rooms I used.

 A pretty good (& quiet) central alleyway location, just a few minutes easy walk to/from the railway station (& shops/restaurants/seafront etc.) Mostly very quiet guests.
  Not wholly convenient for buses from Nice Airport. Lack of heating meant a chilly room (in unusually cold weather) unless door was left open to capture warmer air from landing. Street address is not where hotel entrance is.

 It's clean and you can't beat the location relative to the Croisette and Palais.
  The facility is worn, old, and cramped.
