The rooms booked were charged 2 weeks before check-in and in the check-out day we asked to make the check out around 15:00 because we were already very delayed to an important appointment and the cue was big. It was not allowed, when the rooms were already payed 2 weeks before the check in!!! That´s highly unprofessional and inflexible. Also the credit card number was registered there (the same used to charge the rooms beore check-in) so any problems might have come you could have used it. Didnt like to be charged 2 weeks in advance and didnt like the unflexibility shown!! Furthermore, it was very expensive for the quality!!

Reasonable price for a stay close to the Nuremberk centrum. I spent there 1 night with my small son. Good location close to the Playmobil Fun Park in Zirndorf. Really various breakfast, quite comparing to some 4 stars hotels.
No negative feed back. Maybe a woman at the reception desk in the morning while paying for nightstay could be more pleasant and friendly.

Friendly staff and a good price performance.
As well a tram station is in short walking distance with a direct line to the center.
The hotel sells dail passes for the tram.
A lot of classes from different countries are staying there through their trip to Nürneberg. Sometimes it could be really noisy.
But the hotel keeps an eye on it if it will be late.
