 Very nice apartment atmosphere with modern and clean furnishings. Friendly, professional and helpful office staff. This is not a hotel with breakfast or maid service, but we didn't need these. We enjoyed buying fresh bread at the nearby Beckerei.

The room was clean.

| They forgot that we made reservations for 2 rooms instead of 1 (this appears at the end of the page and they said they always forget to look at it), which we found very unprofessional. They managed to find 2 rooms, but in separate buildings.
The staff does not speak English, and they don’t even make efforts in understanding you if you don’t address them in German.
It was very cold in the rooms.
The hot water did not work properly (2 minutes it was cold, 5 seconds it was warm).
They do not offer breakfast in the house. |
