The apartment was very nice, clean. Staff were nice and helpful.

| Noisy outside - people dumping bottles into the recycling container even after 2 am. Kitchen needs a microwave! I could not reheat my leftovers. Dining facilities are not in the same building - I had to go across the plaza and around the corner to get to breakfast. Not very convenient. |

| Stayed there two nights around Christmas. Very good impression about the hotel. Excellent cental location just at the recently restored Frauenkirche. Very polite and helpfull staff. Apartments are fully equipped. Value for money indeed. |

Great location directly downtown, next to famous church, pedestrian area and world famous museums. Half the price of the Hilton.
Rooms are spaceous, single or double room appartments with a roomy bathroom and a seperate kitchen with fridge, flat and dinner ware. We especially loved the bed.
Highly recommended.

| With the windows open, there is noise from the tourist groups visiting the area, and street buskers playing music. But with the windows closed, one can barely hear the noise. |

I was given a room in the last floor. It was very clean and big. It has a very clean bathroom and the kitchen was also big. The bed was comfortable. The location is very good, some meters away from the Frauenkirche.

| There were some sounds coming from perhaps a heating system or something like that but did not really bothered. The price is very good and if come back to Dresden I would definitely take this hotel again |

Well situated in the center of the old town with a nice view to the Frauenkirche

| Many cafes, bars and restaurants close by, therefore very noisy in the evening;
Lots of construction work going on in the neighbourhood, therefore during the week noises starting at 6 a.m. |

I don't know if I ended up with a regular double apartment or not, but it was much larger than I expected, and extremely well located. Great amenities, and quite clean.

| A shower stall would have been nice. As well, church bells nearby are quite loud with the window open, and can smell food from restaurant below all through stairwell. |
