Our Apart-Pension Altstadtperle enjoys a convenient and quiet location close to the Semper Opera House, the Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady) and the railway station. We offer spacious, sunlit rooms and apartments.
If you expect more than that, our modern and quiet apartments with a size between 43 and 68 m² represent the ideal starting point from which to explore the city and to indulge in a shopping tour. The direct tram connections take you to the heart of Dresden in no time.
The warm atmosphere of the cosy rooms is also evident in the lovingly arranged apartments with modern equipment, separate living room and bedroom, kitchenette and cable TV. The comfortable bathrooms, equipped with double washbasins, bathtub, shower and toilet, complete the modern services on offer.
Parking spaces out of sight are available in the inner courtyard (limited availability).

 One thing which annoyed me is that there is an extra charge for the kitchen which was not mentioned ahead of time. Still it was cheaper than others, and of good quality. |

| we arrived at 6:45 and no one was there to let us in, no where in the reservation we had been notified that we had to be there at a specific hour! so we left and we had to find a different hotel |

very friendly staff in the administration office

| from the description it is not recognizable that the Altstadtperle is a pure appartement building with no hotel features whatsoever. There is no reception desk at all, I had to drive to the admin office, which is about 4 km away, to pick up the key. |
