Excellent value for the price. Excellent breakfast - way beyond expectations. Easy to get to with the shuttle bus and very close to the airport.

We did not know about the shuttle bus and it should be very clearly noted on the site so that people know how to get to the hotel. We luckily asked the right people. Also, the shuttle needs to be more frequent as you can be late to the airport if it is full. We waited for quite awhile while full buses from the large Hilton passed us by. There was also no receptionist at the front and it took quite awhile for her to come out and several requests of other staff. The staff member was brand new and working by herself. She told me that I was all good to go and didn't have to check out and she had run my card, but in the morning, I found out that she had not. A trainee should always work with someone else and not alone. She had to ask for help 5 or 6 times during my own easy transaction.

Close to the airport, reached by a free shuttle bus from the airport, ideal for a night-stay between the flights.

The breakfast starts at 7am, so if you have a morning flight, no "doggy-bag" should be expected - even though breakfast is included in you package.

Five minute ride to/from the Zurich airport with regular (every 20 min) shuttle service. Apart Hotel is adjacent to Zurich Vitaparcours which means that beautiful countryside is right there! No airport noise. Very nice staff.

My room overlooked a driveway which was a little noisy before midnight.

Free access to clothes washer and dryer. Free access to steam room and sauna at the Hilton. Nice rooms.

Stranded here as a result of the volcanic ash, prices jumped one hundred dollars from one night to the next. I was charged to use the phone to rebook my flight. When shuttles to the airport were filled, the hotel was too cheap to hire another but simply made people wait. Restaurant food lousy and over-priced. Paid internet service uneven.

We were upgraded to Hilton next door. However, Hilton & Apart Hiltons hotel-bus is very efficiant and easy to locate @ airport!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport.

The rooms spartanic. It is obvious that this used to be a crash pad for airline employees. It is not clear until you arrive there that this is only operated by Hilton and Hilton Honors benefits do not apply to this hotel.
