Ok there was a fair in the city, but you cannot ask more than 150€ per night for this hotel! Staff totally unusefull, I asked in the evening for a taxi 6o'clock in the morning, and when I was there the guy didn't call the taxi and was not able to reach the taxi comapny by phone. He had to go on the street to find something. Amazing!

Very cheerful/motivated breakfast team, laying out a good breakfast, very good! Very AFFORDABLE at low price, so this needs to be considered in evaluation. The staff was generally friendly.

(1) No WLAN was available because the signal was too weak, although it was one of the important reasons I chose the hotel. (2) I believe I read somewhere about "fitness" facilities, but I was told there were non, only sauna. To be fair, I must say didn't check it after that. (3) When I arrived there was a lot of hair in my bathroom sink (4) I found the rooms a bit "out-lived" could do with a remake (5) Noise from the street is loud, but I knew this and accepted that. (6) No room service, for beverages or snacks, no mini-bar. (7) I managed to get a pot of tea when I went to the front desk in the evening, but it was difficult to arrange. Another time the machine was broken. (8) I found it strange that they had a written notice that it was not allowed to take food/beverages into the hotel, especially since they didn't provide any themselves. (9) Cleanup team didn't provide bathroom mat anymore after the first day.

Room noise depends on the room you get. I stayed two different nights in two different rooms. Ask for one away from the streets. This hotel was perfect for me. It's not fancy - just a clean place to take a shower and sleep. For the price and convenience of location, I will probably stay here often.

It's not really a negative...the place is clean, friendly, convenient, affordable, and a good place to stay if you aren't looking for a luxury hotel. I would call it - "appropriate."

Excellent hotel for the price I got it at, as otherwise it is higher. Location is good as the local tram service connects well to Hauptbahnoff.

Good clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Decent breakfast with hot eggs and sausage. Just 3-4 tram stops from the Altstadt or Hauptbahnhof.

Sheets and pillows don't fit too well. Weekend breakfast at 8am starts a bit late.

Across the street there is a place where one can have cheap phone calls and internet access.

I had a not very quiet room but it was OK for the price I paid. The hotel is not that close to the Koe as it it said in the description.

Cheap, friendly staff

I selected this hotel because the description said "internet connection" - and I wanted to be sure to be able to work on the internet. However, it turned out that the only internet connection in the hotel was the computer the staff uses in the reception.

This is one hotel wich I shall go back to again. The staff are so helpfull and so polite. The rooms are clean and nice. Could not find any fault. Best part is that it has its own car parking facility
