Only basic (slow) internet access is available for free - I would expect free, high speed internet to be a must at this price, especially since the hotel is being used predominantly for business travel.

Very friendly staff - as my room was in the "sister" hotel andel's, one of the hotel staff drove my car to andel's and helped me personally to find my way.

Garage is too expensive (30€ per night) and nobody cares how to get out/in from the hotel

well designed, relatively spacious rooms, nice hotel, good location
 
- expensive parking (30 EUR per day) - Receptionists could be more friendly. I would expect them to say at least something like welcome or hello when checking in, not just staring without saying word. The same applies when checking out - I would expect to say Thank you for your stay or something like that. (They could learn from staff on breakfast, they were very helpful)

Interesting design, cosy atmosphere, great location.
 
I didn't like the idea that something could not be removed from my bill - like the complimentary drink in the Jazz Bar. I have taken it on the room one night, but it came up on the bill. By the check out I asked to remove it as I have the voucher for one complimentary drink, but was told it's too late and cannot be removed now. Nothing major, but a little odd for me.

Excellent customer service, great room, very clean, was really great to have a DVD player, although I found renting the DVDs were a bit expensive at 150 KC
