Guest evaluation of Amsterdam Court Hotel
|
|
guest rating: (2,3 of 10) |
| on business travelling as an individual, under 31 years; travel season:August 2011 |
cheap, near broadway & times square

|
tiny room, terrible bathroom, next to zero amenities in room, noisy a/c window unit, depressing environment |

| private travelling as a couple, under 31 years; travel season:June 2009 |
very nice, old and charming. our room's wooden floor was squeaky, which we found very nice. in-room movies were nice, but i found them quite expensive at 15$+tax. lots of warm water.

|
no trace of that cappuchino machine. free coffee was there, tho. you could almost look through the crack of the closed door. some TV channels were snowy. no discovery and national geographic channel. the elevator was very squeaky, which was not charming but a bit scary. internet was not free. internet must be free these times! the windows were not soundproof, left however only a constant humming through. so that was not so bad. |

| private travelling as an individual, 51-60 years; travel season:February 2009 |
Good value for the money.
Location close to Times Square makes this small hotel attractive.

|
A pity that Internet access is not available free of charge.
Breakfast room is small and might rapidly become overcrowded. |
