Desaster: das erste Zimmer war Baustelle, unbewohnbar, das zweite (abends um 11:00 Uhr bekommen) absolut häßlich (Ambiente der 70er!) mit defekter Duschkabine und lauwarmen Wasser

Sehr schöne neue renovierte Zimmer. Internet funktioniert jetzt super. Shuttleservice ist klasse.

Es roch noch sehr stark nach Farbe. Wünschenswert wäre ein großer Spiegel. Die Ablage im Bad wurde leider bei der Renovierung nicht vergrößert. Ein Beistelltisch oder eine ausklappbare Ablagefläche wären gut. Die Abluftanlage im Bad ist sehr laut.

Excellent overall. Excellent staff.

-Weak WIFI signal in my room (110). -Showered in cold water on 1 night. It was fixed the next day. -they did not renew my complementary bottle of water when it was finished (stayed for 10 nights)

The hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly, restaurant is nice. Close proximity to SAP - walking distance - is a huge benefit as well.

The rooms need refurbishment - the carpet is a bit worn and the bathroom fixtures are less than ideal. The hotel is already under renovation and I am sure this will make it great when it's done.

I highly enjoyed my staying at Ambiente Hotel. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, therefore I would recommend the hotel at any time. The shuttle to SAP is definetely a plus. This service should also be mentioned on hotelbooker, as I found out about it only when I arrived there. For some guests this type of information can highly influence there decision when looking for acommodation in Walldorf or the surroundings.

close to SAP campus if you need that;

rooms are very outdated but clean; WLAN very slow or broken most of the time; very noisy vent. in bathroom; hotel had loss of hot water supply for 1 day - no excuse or rebate; bad parking siuation especially in the evenings as external visitors come for the restaurant which is in the same building;

there is shuttle bus provided from hotel to SAP campus.

1. outbound call was not available. 2. internet was slow, and got cut from time to time. 3. mini bar couldn't function as refrigirater. 4. bag and paper were not provided when cleaning (house cleaning didn't check). 5. noise from labourhood was noisy at night/morning.
