 good hotel in a good location. Prices for hotels in Zurich in general were high, not representative of the very tough economy.

 Initially we were offered a smaller smoking room (even though I requested non-smoking room ahead of time). Once I complained, I got a very nice larger non-smoking room. The rest of the stay was good. It was very good that there was a hotel computer for public use with free internet. |

| The reception staff could have been a bit more patient with questions and more forthcoming with info., especially re shuttle service to the airport. The info on your website indicated shuttle service existed, but the reception staff kept trying to push taxi, at more than 2X the price. They said they'd had bad experience with the shuttle, but I can see why - they weren't very friendly toward them either. |
