 Very comfortable accomodation and good to be able to use the tea/coffee making facilities.

| The hotel wasn't staffed 24 hours so any out-of-hours problems had to be resolved on Moday morning (after I was meant to be in the office) - a telephone helpline would be a good addition |

Excellent and friendly staff. Was able to leave my bags even though the hotel is not staffed on Sundays. They have a great system in place.

| We had a room facing a major street and that was loud. It was a hot night and we had to leave the windows open. They also have rooms facing the inner courtyard. Those should be a lot quieter. |

| That the communication service, such as buses and underground, were very nearby. That there were a great deal of shops for grocery´s nearby, as the hotel is an apartment hotel. |
