The sofas in the bar need renovation, parking lot needs reparis

Although the staff was individually very friendly, competent and hard-working, the overall management seems to be lacking. Simple things are made difficult. e.g. getting simple food fast; actually, the only place where my wife could get a salad in the afternoon was in the bar area where smoking was allowed.

Furnitures in my room were not in a very good condition.I think it is not a good publicity for a hotel of this level!I found dust on the shelf when I arrived.Little things, but important !
