Alliance Hotel Paris Porte de Saint Ouen

Rooms small; if you only sleep there, it's fine. Located in a somewhat industrial area. Breakfast is a bit simple, uninspiring.

The room had a very strong smell of Smoke the sheets on the bed had the smell on them too. As i do not smoke the smell was uncomfatable. The reception Bar closed at 11.00pm which was a shame as when we got back to the Hotel at 11.10pm we were refused a night cap. We were not drunk as we had olny been out for dinner.

Avaibilities of goods (juice, coffee) is disputable. There is often a lack of these goods, what delay the time spent for getting served.

Restaurant could be better

The receptionists at this hotel are very unfriendly, uncompetent and even rude to the customers. Simple things like Checking out a night before or ordering a taxi were not possible. Just asking for these things is met with complete rudeness of the receptionists.

Rooms was very small, but everthing was in place.

Bad breakfast, high prices for WiFi, no mini bar

Cheap quality for high price, but I think this is the same in most of the hotels in Paris, isn't?
