Great location; lovely room; great service and responsive, professional staff. Hotel and room nicely appointed.

Hot water was very irregular and shifted rapidly from cool to very hot, or warm to chilly. Most uncomfortable even when taking a very brief shower. |

Overall this hotel is clean, and the rooms are great. The staff were very helpful and the location with the Zoo, Burger Strase and 2 stops to the City on underground make it a perfect base to sightsee Frankfurt

very nice place to stay. the staff are friendly and very helpfull. 10 mins walk from the main shopping street, 2 mins from the subway.

Truly a nice stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room exceptionally clean and the breakfast much more than expected. Transport around was easy by using the U-Bahn which is about a block away. It was a great place and next time I'm in Frankfurt, I'll be staying here.

Convenient parking but key access points are awkward. When entering, the light indicator sometimes does not indicate that the gate is still closed, necessitating returning the car to the keypad and starting over. |
