Very charming and comfortable for airport access (shuttle). Can also be accessed by train/bus, which is important for inexpensive access to the city. It was perfect for me, who had a one-day transfer between planes on a business trip.

Room was nice, bathroom ok, friendly people.

I would suggest to provide more information on how to get there and how to go to the S-Bahn. We were lucky to find a Spanish speaking person who guided us. Otherwise we didn't know that the bus goes one way in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Please provide clear detailed information on this in English, printed would be nice.

Hotel staff upon arrival was very reginmental and rushed. Not a pleasent check-in experience at all. Additionally, the woman who showed me to my room became aggitated and spoke angrily at me in German, because then I couldn't understand, when I could not open immediately.

Quaint little hotel in the outskirts of MUC. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly and english speaking staff.

6 Euros shuttle to the Airport. No shuttle at night. Get there early! Airport transfer should be free!

The staff was very nice and helpful.

Our room overlooked the driveway and since we had to keep the window open to keep cool at night, we got very little sleep. We kept hearing people dragging their luggage into and out of the hotel. This hotel is great, IF you get a room in the back.

The front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The service to the airport was great. Our driver was very good and checked the van to make sure we did ot leave anything behind. The breakfast buffet was very good, especially the scrambled eggs.
