The location is very good and the check-in and check-out have been very quick.
 
There was a very bad smell coming from the airconditioning system. I had to switch it off and cover the outlet.

The position is very good. The shuttle service to the airport is very useful.
 
The service at the restaurant has been very poor. the meal was good but it took almost 1hour to finish a 1-course dinner (I ate alone).

Confusion where to get shuttle from. Had to call to find out, would have been easier if had some more information on the website. Or stating that needed to call the hotel to get more information.

I have celiac disease and I found the selection of breakfast items very good. A lot of thing were available which didn't make me sick. My husband is a vegetarian, and he too had found suitable food for himself.
 
It would be nice if they had an exhaust fan installed in the bathroom. I also would have liked some local Hungarian TV channels and CNN/BBC news available on TV.

Nice hotel, close to the airport with airport shuttle service. Friendly staff.
 
a busload of tourists overwhelmed the breakfast room which caused a complete chaos at breakfast, cuttlery not available, no glasses, shortage of almost everything, not even enough tables and seats available. Probably a one time problem.

Very pleasant and kind staff at reception!
 
Food at the restaurant is ok, but breakfast is poor. I usually stay in the hotel more days in row,so I found the breakfast every day almost the same, often is something missing or it's empty.

very friendly staff-- excellent food--- clean, neat room --location excellent....
 
some noises carried thru from room next door..... as a foreign visitor i did not know how to summon the hotel shuttle.... had to have help making a local phone call...it would be helpful to say: for shuttle service, call XXXXXXX on arrival.

I had a very comfortable short stay. The staff were generally very friendly and cooperative. I felt the Hotel lacked a little character maybe int he restuarant area in the evening. But as this is more of a transit Hotel it is perhaps not so acheivable as people are there for may be one or two nights.

Smart hotel,comfortable rooms, some very helpful staff
 
Some staff seemed either overworked or under trained,especially on Reception. Very dificult to find fron airport, if at night and a foreign visitor in a hire car. A map from the hire car desk would have been very welcome.

The staff at the front desk were very courteous. Check in went very smoothly and all 24 of my team members enjoyed their stay. We were able to walk to the shopping area for dinner and shopping and that was an added plus. The hotel staff got our transportation to the airport arranged and that went very well also. THANKS!!
