was not able to check into the hotel,the gate was closed and no one came when the bell was rung (for about 15min). This happened around 9:30pm, when the description said that someone should be at the check in desk until 11pm

Great staff and excellent English - also friendly guests! Nice coffeee avaialble 24/7.

Sofa was on an angle - difficult to sit on it. Bed was not a great design - and the pillows were square and not comfortable to sleep on. No nice place to sit outside.

Simple hotel, but with lots of nice attention to pleasant details - clean, comfortable; very pretty Christmas arrangement on table in room on on arrival and pretty decorations in breakfast room; breakfast buffet excellent, fresh food. Snacks, beer, juice available for late arrivals is nice, as well as self check-in system. Shuttle was prompt and quick in the morning. A very pleasant experience.

Quiet clean hotel,close to shopping and restaurants. Very homey atmosphere in its location. Close to wonderful walking trails which should be advertised more. Shuttle to airport very convenient. Have used this hotel before and would use it again. Good value.

Good price/performance, OK breakfast

Garage parking not really recommended, the carports are so tiny that getting out of the car is close to impossible. Parking on the street is shared with 2 more hotels.
