The country House is located close to Assisi (1), in the wide valley of Spoleto framed by rolling hills and Subasio Mount; with a great view of Assisi and many of the major historical towns in Umbria: Spello, Trevi, Foligno, Spoleto, Bevagna, Bettona,e Perugia.

Newly opened welcome you to Assisi, the country house consists of 10 apartments each carefully designed and furnished, an outdoor pool with Jacuzzi, a spacious playground for the children, a lounge and private parking.

Spacious two-room apartments (50 square meters) are equipped with every comfort , and are built with the style of the country villa: the ceiling with wooden beams, balcony or outdoor patio to dine outside. They all have private entrance equipped with telephone, TV flat 32 and free internet wi-fi.

The bedroom with wooden floor, furnitures in cherry and paintings of more important Umbrian towns, can accommodate 3 people in comfortable beds sommier.

The living room has a fully-equipped Kitchen with a large refrigerateur, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils and table linens and it also has a large comfortable sofa bed (which sleeps 2 people).

he outdoor relaxation area consists of green lawns, grain fields, olive groves, sunflowers and a colorful variety of bushes and aromatic fruits plants which form the picturesque backdrop for the Country house. Surrounded on one side by verdant hills and on the other by the plain below Assisi, it is a view not to be missed, especially at dusk when the Rocca Maggiore and the Basilica of San Francesco become illuminated by the setting sun.

Outside you can enjoy the sun and relax yourself in a wonderful pool (14 x 6 mt) with a large jacuzzi (10 mq) located in 12 acres of countryside with green spaces and play area for children equipped with tower complete with slide, multi-functional gym with climbing , rope and Swedish wall bar, double swing and pic-nic table for kids. The structure has parking and bike.
